I saw on 11W someone shared a tweet re: Chris Spielman (not sure from today, but I know he was doing some XM radio interviews today).
Chris Spielman top teams in the country that he believes could give OSU problems:
1. LSU
2. Michigan
3. Michigan St
4. Utah
5. Stanford
Haven't watched Utah yet, but is this basically b/c they are all power teams? If yes, you think this is a knee-jerk reaction to WMU having so much success, or more so b/c we've seen other teams run on us well in '14, like bama and michigan?
I know some posters laughed about the post-game concerns re: DT/running game, but Urban and all the players have been talking about getting "exposed up the middle."
Lastly, what do you think the fix will be? Obviously, we need the #2 DT to elevate, but there were lots of theories floated, like kwon missed some plays or based on scheme.....playing both DE's outside the tackles, then offeset the DT's to the boundary and have them slant to the boundary so that the MLB could fill the hole that they created ("a Heacock trick"). Is it simply #'s, like we used last year vs Wisconsin, or more of a change in scheme/approach/base D? cuz at this point I'm assuming our personnel/depth chart/DT rotation is fairly set and NOT a major factor. Thx in advance as I'm interested in learning something!
