Since Urban came in, we have seen some offers go out to JUCO players. It usually happens later in the recruiting process. I took this to mean that they either didn't have much contact with JUCOs or that those kids were more plan B types. Either way, they were never able to land them. So, it leaves me with a few questions:
1) How does this OSU staff view JUCO players?
2) Why aren't they able to land JUCO players?
3) Does anyone know how those kids have turned out (I think most were offensive linemen)?
I have no experience with JUCO football. I have only had one player go that route and he was never really heard from again. He went to one in Arizona.
