Talking with Indianapolis 4-star WR David Bell today coming off his Penn State visit, he said to expect his Ohio State official visit to be this fall for a game. He has not set that date in stone yet, but is looking a possible weekends. Official visits to Penn State and Purdue will likely also be during the season, while his final two trips are expected to go to Indiana and Iowa in the winter.
