The Chicago city's attorney's office has publicly stated that the city settled with the victim's family for $5M. How can a single payment in an amount so high to a new account not require Rahm's sign off? Oh...and the DOJ is investigating the Chicago PD. And to think the Trib was worried about a temporary highway bridge in Indiana. Ya just caint make this stuff up!
