Here is how I did this:
I took career yards per attempt and career yards rushing per attempt and combined them at a 65/35 weight.
Then I took touchdowns passing per attempt and touchdowns rushing per attempt and combined them into the same 65/35 split.
Then I took interception percentage and subtracted it from 9.8. This gave me a number that was consistent with the averages of both YPA and TDPA (6.0).
The numbers are you see are the sum of those three stats. For anecdotal comparison, Justin Fields' young career so far at UGA and OSU combined equals (31.0).
