Oh trust me, folks, this one is a doozy.

He didn't include it in this post, though I wish he would have, but we had a stunning revelation in our research (I lent a hand). Turns out, Brett confessed on a July 26 appearance on 96.9 in Orlando with Mike Bianchi that he went looking for the police complaint with the city of Powell on July 23. They couldn't find it. He noted that finally on July 24 the P.D. released the records and told him the reason they couldn't find it was because they had to look under "Courtney Smith" as the accuser rather than "Zach Smith" whose name was being blocked for protecting his identity. They told him that this was because someone who was never arrested or charged with a crime would not appear in the search results.

Why is this admission significant?

If you recall, the original report on July 23 was that Zach was "arrested." That means on July 24 (twice) and July 25, his Facebook post was edited multiple times without this change being made even though he was told by Powell police that he was never ARRESTED OR CHARGED. It wasn't until July 30 this edit was made (without telling anyone) on his post.

HE KNEW FOR SIX DAYS that Zach was never arrested and didn't clarify this.

Anyhow, here's the post.
