Rico Flores JR Commits to ND (Over Ohio State/Georgia)

After beating out Ohio State and Georgia, Notre Dame tagged Rico Flores Jr. Notre Dame currently has the #1 recruiting class in the country.

Freeman seems to have raised the ceiling at ND in regards to recruiting. Kelly always complained that they could only target a certain type of recruit. What is Freeman doing different?
