To one of the greatest basketball broadcasters ever, he seemed like an even better person. Fred McLeod passed away last night at his home at the age of 67. This was both shocking and sad news for me as well as many others. I must say I got a few tears in my eyes when I learned the news earlier this morning. I met him the day of the Cavs parade in 2016. He stopped by and shook hands with me as him and the team were heading up to the stage. I'm so glad he was able to see and call a championship before this happened. May God Bless his family and friends as they go thru this period of struggle and grief. RIP Fred! God Bless!
