Kevin Wilson, Greg Schiano, J.T. Barrett, Billy Price and Tyquan Lewis spoke to the media this morning, and while we will have stories and video coming later, here is a quick rundown of some of the things said from Schiano.

- Schiano spoke about the use of rotations on defense. Of course last year there was the three-man corner rotation and a variety of different combinations used on the defensive line. Schiano said he expects that continue, especially on the defensive line because of the trove of talent in that group. He echoed Urban Meyer, who on Tuesday emphasized the need for a corner rotation, but Schiano offered a word of caution, suggesting that in order for there to be a rotation there needs to be three players, at least, capable of playing. It wasn't an indictment of the young defensive backs necessarily, but he just needs to see more before coming to the conclusion that a rotation will happen.

- Having said that, Schiano did praise the young defensive backs. "It's early, real early, but I can tell you, those are some special kids," Schiano said. The two things that have been an adjustment for them, as it is for most first-year players, is the volume of football — "it's all the details that go into playing. It's not just, 'go cover him,'" — and then the speed, both of the players and the game's tempo. The big takeaway, though, is that Schiano sounded confident in their ability to became game ready, even if he was hesitant to commit right away.
