It's quite easy, have idiots running the ticket office and try to move to dynamic pricing. Michigan did it a few years back before getting rid of dynamic pricing because they quickly found out that they got idiots that don't understand a fvcking thing when it comes to the secondary market. They lost a bunch of goodwill with their season ticket holders as a result + poor performance on the field. Colleges are notoriously 7 years behind the professional ranks when it comes to business decisions or pricing decisions.
