That Meyer should’ve pulled the trigger to bench JT Barrett last year and played Haskins. More often than not JT Barrett hamstrung OSU in big games, especially later in his career. Then seeing Haskins bring us back vs Michigan last year coming in cold off the bench and then watching him this year I think it’s obvious he should’ve been playing over Barrett.
Saban and Dabo had the balls to bench the veteran starter to play the more talented and better young guy.
You need to have that unbiased opinion of every player on your team to be the best. Kudos to Dabo and Saban for having the nuts to make these decisions and I hope Meyer does the same in the future.
Now that I talked up Haskins that inevitably means he’ll shit the bed at Penn State this weekend.
