Some thoughts:
1. I thought it was very well done for the most part. I enjoyed it much more than both parts of "The U" and found it much less sensationalized. The long segment on the Texas game I thought was particularly well done – especially how all the Southern Cal players KNEW Vince was going to stick the knife in after LenDale got stuffed on 4th-and-1.
2. In the montage to set up Young's role in the story, they of course showed Young-to-Sweed. Just kill me. Not up there with 96 UM, 98 MSU, or 2006 UF, but might be next after that on my list of most painful losses. Should've been us in that game!
3. You're really reminded of just how filthy those Southern Cal teams were. I can really only recall one time as a Buckeye fan (going back to ~1995) being SCARED of another team, and that was going into the Coliseum in September 2008. I was TERRIFIED of those guys, and rightfully so.
