Back in September I posted a request for a betting site because I wanted to bet that OSU would win the national championship. PS this was when the Bucks were not in the Top 10 in the polls. A couple of you gave me some great recommendations and guess you did NOT place the bet? ME! However, I am all in on OSU over Clemson because:
Now time to place my bet.
- I simply do not believe that Clemson successfully replaced the interior line in the defense in one year. That was a ton of talent to replace. I do not believe they did so successfully and I believe a WEAK schedule only masked this weakness.
- On offense the Bucks' strength is the interior O line. Jackson, Meyers and Davis are monsters and I believe they will control the game. JK will have a big game
- I do NOT believe that Clemson's interior D line is tougher than Penn State's or Wisky's. Those are more physical, and as for handling speed rushes, who's is better than what you practice against all day at OSU?
- As a whole OSU has real experience on defense. Our interior D Line are 4th and 5th year seniors and there is deep experience through out.
Now time to place my bet.
