Not sure how many people were able to watch since it was a late West Coast game, but, I mean, that running game is just beautiful to watch.
Creative yet old-school – just massing superior numbers and power at the point of attack. The Stanford O-line just did whatever they wanted to UCLA all night long. Unbalanced lines, three TE's or three backs in the same formation with no WR's – just glorious stuff.
It's been said before, but with defenses getting smaller and quicker to stop the spread, you've gotta think there's an opportunity for a renaissance of pro-style offense played in a phone booth.
And, of course, to the extent Shaw's offense is really Harbaugh's offense, it'll be interesting to see how we decide to scheme for it.
