Ohio State will host its third annual Student Appreciation Day on April 11th this year. Ohio State students received the following message from Coach Urban Meyer:

Dear Students,
On behalf of all the players and the coaching staff, I want to thank you for the tremendous support you provided the football program this year. With an average home game attendance of 106,296 in 2014 (best in the Nation), more than 29,000 of you bought football season tickets this year, making you the No. 1 student fan base in all of college football. You help provide the relentless energy each and every game day that is special to Ohio State football. Thank you! You followed your team all season and then to Indianapolis, to New Orleans and finally on to Dallas for the College Football Playoff National Championship game, and your enthusiastic support helped the Buckeyes along every step of this CHASE we were on.
In the coming weeks you will be receiving some information about the Student Appreciation Day practice that we will be holding on April 11. There will be opportunities to take pictures with the National Championship trophy along with other Ohio State traditions. The first three of these appreciation practices have been incredible experiences and we are going to make sure this year is no different. Mark April 11 on your calendar and start spreading the word so we can make the 2015 Student Appreciation Day the best yet and with the most students in attendance.
We will see you in a little over a month. Until then, good luck with your classes and, please, be safe on spring break.
Coach Meyer
