Go back to September. 2011 when He/It declared Iraq a success and and later withdrew all the troops prior to the 2012 campaign for re-election. More than 'hypothetical rhetoric' being asked today, REALITY !

BTW, Mrs. Clinton was more than just a cheerleader along Joe Biden at the time of the Obama declaration !
