But, wanted to add that I've been hearing some buzz in the last few weeks that would be positive for football, and specifically for Ohio State. Most of these end up going the direction of basketball (look at 2019 QB Andre Gordon formerly of Sidney HS in Ohio who left P5 opportunities on the table to go chase lower level D1s in basketball). You would think it would be doubly so with a five-star basketball prospect, but after last week's camp at Ohio State I've started to hear some buzz that it will be tough to dissuade him from being Urban Meyer's QB. I'd caution this is still early and a lot can change, but I was pretty surprised by that much confidence about football, and about this prospect, this early in the process.
