You will see they are locked up in man. Wisky is in TE Trips right (TE and 2 WRs to one side, so there are 3 guys there). OSU Shows a 6 man rush, but backs off into a 4 man rush. The LB on the defenses right takes the RB flare route. Kwon spies the QB and is reading his eyes.

Two things make this play:
1) The DL runs a double twist. You can do this when the QB isn't very mobile. Lewis just drives his man back into the QB and makes the play. Holmes comes around on the twist to help finish it. On the other side, they run a great delayed twist. If the QB rolled that way, he was caught there too.
2) The play hardly anyone saw was HOOKER!!! Wisky runs some kinds of rub/in route on the trips side. The QB wants to go there. As he is backpeddling, Hooker jumps it. He sees is and can't throw it. If he did, it would be a pick 6. That then allows Lewis the time to make the sack.
