more than 40 years after the rule change are those who can't recruit with the big boys. It really is that simple. The few quotes I've seen from coaches who are in favor are from those who can't compete from a recruiting standpoint. This all amounts to an attempt to eliminate recruiting disparities from schools and coaches on bottom rung. It will never happen.
