I am of the mind that the program would benefit from a reboot in strength & conditioning.

Some support for my position:

1. Soft tissue injuries. JSN, Michael Hall Jr, Miyan Williams, Treveyon Henderson, Jordan Hancock, Cam Brown, Denzel Burke, Josh Proctor. Far too many skill guys are getting/aggravating soft tissue stuff on and off the field.

2. Not seeing consistent physical development from DL. Do Jack Sawyer, Tyleik Williams, Ty Hamilton, JJB or Taron Vincent look any different or more explosive than the day they arrived on campus. Do they seem twitched up or capable of converting speed to power on the rush?

3. Off-season program. We're now two seasons into an era where the physical toughness of the team is a question that comes up frequently and they have lost the mental edge to their rival for the first time in 20 years. After a while it's just time for a new message and new tone during the offseason. The Quick Cals, the "It is time!" stuff just feels old and stale.
