They are only about 12% of the population, but are over 50% of the people on TV. The govt. should investigate this anomaly, and should start keeping track of the exact numbers, to police the industry, and prevent over representation. It is extremely annoying to have to watch these ugly people in almost every TV show, and almost every TV commercial.
