Sorry for another thread, but just disgusted with hearing everyone's "hot takes" about Meyer enabling all this abuse. All this faux outrage that Meyer didn't look into the camera and publicly apologize to Poor Courtney. We all know why this didn't happen. 1. He was disgusted with the outcome. 2. He doesn't see her as a credible victim of anything but her own stupidity and actions. I really hope the other side comes out in court, but I'm wondering if it ever will. Those of you that are up to speed on Courtney and Zach's legal situation, will there be a reason for Zach's side of this to come out? I'm mainly questioning if it will because I'm sure Powell isn't ever going to charge Zach with anything. So if all charges are dropped (likely even the trespassing related to the drop-off) will this stuff end up in the public records? TIA.
PS - I know that even if it does, the damage is still done to Urban but I think MAYBE some reasonable people could see it differently if they actually hear the details ESPN never bothered to discuss such as eye-witness accounts, etc.
