Like a lot of former players have said, we need people who actually care about this. 3 captains who are all super soft spoken won't cut it. Need some vocal leaders on O and D who won't take this crap and want to run through someone and break them in two. Too many nice guys on both sides of the ball. Team has become too soft and it's true no matter how much we don't like it.
