I’m guessing this has been posted before, but it really is pretty ridiculous. It’s no secret the SEC is the best conference, but this is embarrassing. Especially since the BIG10 is generally considered to be the second best conference. Throw in Texas and Oklahoma and the SEC would have 29 5 stars. With USC and UCLA the Big10 would have 4.
This past season was a real snooze fest with only a handful of exciting games in the conference. Big10 offenses are anemic outside of a few teams and Big Noon Kickoff basically camped out at Michigan the first half of the season because of the lack of interesting games. Hopefully the new teams and coaches inject some life into the conference so this doesn’t become the new standard. Ohio State will always remain competitive, but I completely understand why top recruits would want to play in the SEC.
