Is the "Brotherly Shove" the solution to our short yardage struggles?

Last year, the Eagles' gimmick play proved unstoppable and has become the go-to of NFL teams in 3rd/4th & 1 situations. Like everyone else, I want chunk plays at all times, but our struggles in short yardage situations over the past few years is well-documented, so that I would gladly swallow my pride to gain a yard to continue drives.
