Yesterday someone on the board actually asked me to defend my phrase "Bush broke it and Obama fixed it!" To say the least, I was thunderstruck that someone actually wanted to challenge that! Why challenge something that's so obvious? It's not worth replying. This morning someone published that two-thirds of Republicans agree with Rudy Guillani that President Obama does not love America. I guess I just don't delve into that form of alternate reality too deep and it's hard for me to understand the cognitive dissonance as well as the artificially manufactured outrage being expressed. I stumbled across this article. I hope it's not true, but the parallels to other extreme right institutions are eerie. Now wonder there are attacks on the educated.
