Should Ohio State be more “proactive” in the portal?

Curious to see how people fall on this. I’m not saying OSU HASN’T done this in the past, but it does strike me how many of the really good portal targets have predicted destinations as soon as they enter. I’m sure it’s just a happy coincidence but…..
