Consider me a chip Kelly fan. I don’t care whatever stat some contrarian shows me that “it’s actually not that bad” “it’s just a few plays a game” Commercials were bad before… now it’s noticeably even more awful, and for what?
1. We now have a lower chance to separate quickly from inferior competition/higher chance for inferior opponent to sit on the ball all game and hope you make a mistake and have the game be a higher variance 21-17 final that can go either way.
2. Less opportunities for big comebacks that make CFB exciting .
