Been asked to start a new thread here for 2027 info/discussion so that's what I'm doing.

Thought I'd get this new year started.....

CAVS defeat the 3-1 Lakers pretty handily tonight 134-110.

CAVS 5-0 to start the season for the ONLY the 3rd time in franchise history.

CAVS have scored > 130 pts in 3 of the first 5 games. Cavs only scored > 130 points 4 times ALL OF LAST SEASON!!!

It's early, but looks promising.

As the "Crootin" thread continues to devolve I figured it may be in our best interest to create class-specific threads to help manage offers, final schools lists, etc.

This is the 2025 thread.

I couldn’t find a thread dedicated to just basketball recruiting so I figured I would start one now. Buckeyes currently have guard John Mobley Jr as the only commit in this class but will wind up with 1-2 more by the end of this cycle. Amier Ali is a borderline 5 star in most services and dropped his top 8 today. He has an OV to Ohio State in early May and in my opinion, is a must get, program changing type of player. Other top targets include SG Jonathan Powell and PF Tyler McKinley
