I was charged for another year for a Buckeye Grove Rivals subscription and did not want to continue as a customer. I have tried to cancel and get a refund and was referred to Yahoo who then told me they could not help because it is an issue with Rivals. I can not find a phone number or way to "chat" to get this resolved. Can anyone help here at Rivals or am I just out $99?
