Probably the longest term recruiting powerhouse I have ever seen under Saban as we have discussed at various times in this board. OSU is the only other program...under Meyer...that even begins to approach it's success,
So...what is happening here? Only two 4* recruits so far. And a lot of recruits offered by them have gone to other programs. So....acknowledging that they always conclude recruiting with a bang during the last two weeks of the recruiting cycle...they are off to an extremely slow start. Ranked #57 in the recruiting poll with their two recruits..
Problem(s)?
Recruiting competition is stronger? Clemson, OSU eating into their recruiting base?
Losing in 2 out of 3 title games?
Saban burning out?
Something I am missing?
Thoughts?
