Any dentists in the board?

My 4 year old son fell tonight and hit his teeth on the tile floor. It looks like the teeth pushed up into the gum and came through the gum. There is swelling and what loops like a hole in the gum and almost looks like an adult tooth up in the gum is exposed. Any thoughts?
