Some very interesting conversations about how the NFL works and their time at OSU. They have a bunch of former players on the show. Troy, Teddy, Gonzo, Pittman (all the time), Donnie Evedge, Brax, Dionte Johnson, Laurenitis, AJ, Mo Wells, Jonathan Wells, D Wash, Mike Adams, Orlando Pace, Posey, Cardale and some others.
Pitt, Beanie, Boom, and many of their guest, almost all former players, say they didn’t feel welcome in the Woody under Urban. Troy Smith says Santonio Holmes got cussed out for stepping on the block O in the weight room. Troy also says he got a call from someone who works at the WHAC telling him they threw away a bunch of his trophies and pictures. I guess the guy boxed them up and gave them to Troy.
Other interesting tibits:
1. Tress loved TP like a son and he was off limits to criticism
2. Ray Small liked to party..lol
3. Tress made Devier, TP, Boom, and Mike Adams sign a contract that if they played in the Sugar Bowl they had to come back. If they broke the contract Tress would make sure they didn’t have the support of OSU later in life.
4. Boom was leaving after his Junior year before the contract
5. Beanie, Boom, and Pitt all think Weber was better than JK, and that Mike got a raw deal
6. Eric Lichter says Teddy ran a 5.0 forty when he started training with him as an 9th grader
7 Heacock was a lunatic
