With the current NIL/Transfer portal model, most players can leave at any time. I am curious if the new revenue sharing agreement will open up more chances for binding contracts with teams. Seth Greenberg, former basketball coach at Va Tech, was talking about this. He said that having 2-year contracts with large buyouts would be a good way to slow down the constant movement. It would probably be better overall for the players to help them graduate. Does anyone have info about this and if this is a possibility?
