Yesterday, The Lantern reported that Brian Voltolini, former associate athletic director and general manager of football operations at Ohio State, is no longer with the football program after his contract was not renewed. His contract expired on February 1st, which was less than a week after he took part in the National Championship celebration, as seen below:
Considering that he's been with the program for 13 years, having been hired by Meyer in 2012, and was always (to my imperfect recollection) spoken highly of, this is seems to rather unexpected.
@Birm, @AustinWard, and @Bill Landis, does this seem surprising to you?
