3) Jaime Collins LB 13 (done deal)
4) Terrelle Pryor WR 11 (close)
5) AJ Bouye CB 12
6) Nick Mangold OC 6 (2 year deal)
7) Tony Jefferson SS 8
8) Reilly Reiff or Matt Khalil or Russell Okung OT (to compete for RT and back up Joe Thomas) 8
Spend 75 - 85 million to land these guys (and they will still be 17 -27 million under the cap)
