Big update on an out-of-state 2017 linebacker, who I think the Buckeyes are pulling out front for. There's only one or two guys that have emerged in-state as potential OSU/MSU level recruits, so the out of state recruiting at that position will be big time with Raekwon McMillan and Darron Lee almost definitely heading out of the door.
