Ultimately, I think it's the combination of things that Tennessee was able to offer combined with being close to home that won the day. Heard it was somewhere in the 1.4 mill/year ballpark, a house for the family in Knoxville, suite at the stadium, etc.
It's a tough loss, just not a player that can be easily replaced.
