Stunning and sad at best... Horrific with the lack of adjustment at any time.
I'm still recovering from the shock of the lack of a plan to attack Alabama last night. I had assumed we would pressure up the middle, try to get into Mac's face and get him rolling out, and have the Ends sitting there stopping the outside run, and eat up Mac when he rolls out. Instead we don't pressure up the middle but try to go against their strength which is the OTs and rush from the outside all night, with the effectiveness of exactly one time. I know, I know, Togai was out and I was concerned about that wondering if we could. However, it looked like that wasn't even in the works or ever attempted even by much blitzing up the middle. You have to help out our young corners/secondary and an ineffective cover corner in Wade with pressure.
Goodness, Wade is horrible in coverage. 1st team AA, 1st Team AB1G - are you kidding me. I appreciate his loyalty, but wow.
