Having been involved in WAY TOO Many business meetings and "votes" on process and procedure I know that outcome of a vote can be determined by the way the question up for vote is presented ....Will the vote be ..Does the Big 10 have a FB schedule for any teams that WANT to play and allow ANY team that does not want to play to opt out of playing.....OR ..........Will the Big10 require ALL teams to participate in FB for ANY Big10 teams to have FB at all...
Will a few OPTIONS be presented that allows flexibility for all schools ...those that WANT to play and those that DON'T want to play....HUGE difference in the outcome based on what they will be voting on .... is it ...if some don't want to play can they prevent others from playing ...This should be easy to settle ...BUT ...anytime you get these big egos involved common sense usually leaves the room ...lol...I FEAR shop politics will rise to the top in this vote ...We NEED a leader in these meetings
After all the great effort by the parents ..the players and even the Buckeye faithful Will SOMEONE STAND UP NOW ...and do THEIR part to make sure the question up for vote is the proper question ...one that allows ANY team to follow the path THAT SCHOOL WANTS to follow????
WHO is THEE person to stand up and MAKE SURE the vote is on the real issue ...not a spin job ...I PROPOSE GENE SMITH to be the person to take the lead ...NOT sit back and be lead around by one of the other ADs ....OSU IS THE BIG DOG ...GENE..ACT LIKE THE LEADER YOU MUST BE IN THIS VOTE ... Buckeye fans have suffered thru some very weak actions by Gene in the past ......GENE has a chance to do HIS part for Buckeye Nation ...PLEASE ...NO EXCUSES ...if Gene doesn't have the gear to be the alpha he needs to be in the case ...OR maybe President Johnson would like to make a fan out of Buckeye Nation OR .maybe they can ask Nebraska and their attorney to make the case ...But ...Gene YOU are THEE BEST candidate to do this OSU DOES have the muscle USE IT ...IF you can find the courage to take the lead it will be the best thing you could do in your entire career ...,don't let everyone down get r dun ..
