So a former cop killer who killed a cop back in 1981 execution style now sits on a panel for Ithaca and Tompkins County as part of its “Reimagining Public Safety Collaborative.’’I'm not kidding. So Gov Andrew Cuomo was behind all of this. Could you imagine the family members of the slain cop how they must be feeling right now??? This is just twisted.
