Is this just a down year in Ohio and Pennsylvania or the new norm

Ohio and Pennsylvania use to be 2 of the top 5 states for producing football talent. This year Ohio has 6 players who are 4* or 5*. Pennsylvania only has two 4* players. Just weird and sad to see states like Maryland, Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee, Michigan, Arizona and New Jersey have more elite players than Ohio and Pennsylvania combined.
