Ever since Lou Holtz called out Ryan Day for coaching soft teams I've watched Day go out of his way to prove Ohio State's toughness. Yesterday, proving Ohio State's toughness was running directly at two future 1st Round NFL draft pick DTs over and over again. It was the equivalent of human wave attacks against machine gun nests in WWI trench warfare.
Until Ryan Day gets out of his own head he is going to to continue this self-destructive behavior. I hope he takes a long look in the mirror, or somebody challenges him about it, or Day will lose more games like yesterday.
