Teradja Mitchell has made some changes ahead of what could be his breakout season in 2021.

The senior linebacker has slimmed down thanks to a vegan (now pescatarian) diet, and he's watching more film than ever before. Mitchell also spoke about his struggles with performance anxiety, and how he's sought help with it at Ohio State:
