When a black person does something illegal and the po po kill them, you always like to point out that, "perhaps if they weren't breaking the law/running from police/et., al." this may not have happened rather than blaming the po po for murdering someone.
However, this person is not black and you posted a heartfelt message the other day about how you hope her killers will be caught, etc.
