Day and Hartline never batted an eye when asked if the reliance on wideouts Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson in the Buckeye offense would be an issue this season.

It wasn’t an issue through five games, as the pair proved nearly unstoppable when on the field in tandem, but Ohio State’s surprising struggles in the passing game in Saturday’s Big Ten Championship showed that having Olave on the field may be more of a necessity than a luxury.
