You guys should be familiar with 2017 Cleveland East Tech guard Markell Johnson, who was recently offered by Ohio State. The strength of Markell's game has long been his impressive athleticism and he showed it off again the other night against Warrensville Heights.

Johnson is very, very tight with 2017 wide receiver target Jaylen Harris - the top remaining Ohio target on the board in 2017 for the Buckeyes. The two have been friends since childhood and remain tight. They're in pretty much constant communication and Johnson's recent Ohio State offer opens up the possibility of the pair of them playing at the same school in the collegiate ranks.

In fact, Harris and Johnson have tight connections in the Cleveland athletic community beyond just the friendship between the pair of them. Both are from Cleveland's East Side and participated in one of the most absurdly talented youth leagues I've heard of yet. When they were all kids, Johnson and Harris played in a small league of a few teams in Cleveland with 2017 Rivals100 athlete Javonte Richardson, 2016 four-star Buckeye signee Kierre Hawkins, and 2016 Rivals100 Buckeye signee Demario McCall. All five of them are still friends to this day and it would not be a shocker whatsoever if all five ended up playing in the scarlet and gray one day...

Here's another earlier dunk from Johnson:
