O.T. Ohio to Hilton Head via I 77

[TAdelsberg]

Leaving for Hilton Head on 7/20/18 from Cleveland. Hearing I -77 at WVa / Virginia Border is a mess and at Charlotte NC is closed. Any insight or suggestion on routes that are better, or just take 77 all the way down....Thanks for any input.
