O/T Tax ?

PilotBuckeye

Hall of Famer
I’m employed by a company in Orlando Fl (no state taxes) I don’t work in the sate I live in NC.

I Live in either hotels or apt furnished by the company when I’m working, I spent 288 days away from home last year, Obviously can prove all the above. The question: Can I not file out of state resident (longer than 6 mo out of home state) and not pay NC state taxes?

I pay all the other taxes associated With NC, Car. Property. Sales. Etc etc. I do have a Florida drivers liscense.

Any advice would be appreciated,
