Does anyone else feel like we dodged 3 bullets? (sorry if a duplicate post but I didn't see a post on this already)
Now King and Donnie Corley (who I LOVED as a prospect and was super bummed when he did not commit to OSU.......) charged with sexual assault. King faces life in prison. Corley (and Vance) face up to 15 years. All 3 dismissed from the team.
Makes me sick that kids do this, honestly. And this is after Auston Robertson was charged with sexual assault in April. It seemed, at one point, we had cooled on King and Robertson (yeah we had Bosa, Cooper and for part of the time Terrell Hall committed...). Bothhighly ranked prospects. Big loss for MSU. BUMMER for them.
“I’m angry,” Dantonio said during the news conference. “I don’t want to say betrayed. I’m angry. I feel like the education was there. I feel like I’ve talked about the sense of responsibility that our players have — not to be a good football player, but to be a good person, to do their very best.”
